Pamper & Renew Retreat
September 14, 15 & 16, 2018 – Soulful Prairies,Woodstock IL
Friday (14th) Upon your arrival around 6 pm. You will be greeted by your hosts, Joyce and Jill. You’ll settle in and enjoy a cocktail and appetizers. Linda Bruce, owner of Soulful Prairies, will present a program on Horses and Healing and offer an experience with the horses. Additional evening activities will follow.
Saturday (15th) will be a day filled with pampering, education and fun.
Sunday (16th) we enjoy morning festivities then depart around Noon.

WHAT YOU DO:
- Choose a day and time to HOST the party at your home
- Contact Joyce to reserve the date and select recipes
- Select 5-6 freezer-meal recipes from my website (Nutrition and Recipes Tab)
- Option to include 1 NO BAKE Energy Bar recipe
- Invite 3-4 family and/or friends to your home
- $25.00 per person plus cost of grocery items (average $10-20 per meal)
TIME COMMITMENT:
- Grocery Shopping for foods – 30-45 minutes
- Dinner Prep Party – 1-2 hours
- Social gathering following prep party – unlimited!!
BONUS:
Book a second party within 30 days of the first party and the cost is $15.00 for the HOSTESS and $25.00 for guests.
