In this hands-on knife skills class, Chef Joyce will teach you the proper way to hold a knife, how to chop, dice, chiffonade, as well as proper knife care and maintenance. You’ll learn how to prepare vegetables, fruits, and herbs, along with the proper techniques to help make your prep time less demanding and safer. During class you’ll use the prepared foods to make minestrone soup and an apple galette. You’ll be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class. You’ll also work individually
