Make Nutritious Delicious

Many families agonize over “What’s for dinner?” and end up in the drive thru far too often. I’ve heard these cries and I’ve created simple steps to bring healthy and tasty meals to the dinner table every day of the week.  These are the steps I try to follow every week.  Here you go…

  1. Review the upcoming week and determine ‘open’ times for meal prep(s).
  2. Select recipes that meet nutrition goals and time constraints.
  3. Create the grocery list and go shopping.
  4. Prep foods for meals, lunches, snacks and times away from home.
  5. Enlist the entire family to help.
  6. Make dinner and enjoy!
  7. Repeat.
